HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer flat-rate shipping worldwide for $20.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in New Zealand, and are usually delivered within 10-14 working days.

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time. 

All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.

We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that Wool Fresh does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to.   We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Wool Fresh, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

RETURNS

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Due to the bespoke nature of our product, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?

No, once you place an order it is final. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your package) at send us a message. so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
